Who we are

INAMC Media (“INAMC”, “we”) runs inamcmedia.com. For anything about your data, write to bd@inamcmedia.com.

What you tell us

When you send the postcard on our Contact page, we receive what you type: what we’re making better, who it’s for, your name, your email address, budget and timeline.

We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run that project. It reaches us by email through our email delivery provider (Resend) and is also kept in a private enquiry log on our web host (Hostinger) and an internal spreadsheet, so no enquiry gets lost.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows. Ask us and we’ll delete yours.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, roughly where they visit from, what device and browser they use, and simple actions such as tapping the WhatsApp button or sending the postcard. We don’t send your name, email or postcard answers to Google.

In the UK, the EU and the EEA, analytics cookies are off by default: Google receives only cookieless, aggregated signals. Elsewhere Google Analytics may set cookies (named _ga…) to count returning visits. You can block them in your browser or with Google’s opt-out add-on.

Things stored in your browser

The site remembers a couple of harmless preferences in your browser’s local storage, for example that you’ve already seen the WhatsApp pop-up, so it doesn’t keep appearing. None of it identifies you.

Security and spam protection

The site is served over HTTPS. To stop spam, the contact form briefly keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of the sender’s IP address and deletes it after ten minutes. Like every website, our host keeps standard server logs for security.

Other services

If you tap WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn or our other social links, you leave this site and that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time: email bd@inamcmedia.com. We reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board; in the UK, the ICO; in the EU, your national regulator).

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date below.
